Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter.
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1 tbsp honey.
  • ½ cup chicken stock.
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika.

Steps:

  1. Season the chicken: Rub with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Sear:
    • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
    • Cook chicken 6 minutes per side (165°F internal temp).
  3. Make the sauce:
    • Add remaining butter, garlic, honey, and stock. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Serve: Drizzle sauce over chicken; garnish with parsley.
